Delivery and Returns Policy
Normally vouchers are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days.
For Ireland, delivery usually takes from 1 to 3 working days from date of dispatch. We use An Post to deliver.
For the United Kingdom, delivery usually takes from 3 to 8 working days from date of dispatch. We use An Post to deliver.
For mainland Europe and the rest of the world, delivery usually takes from 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery is free to all countries.
Damage or Loss in Transit:
If the goods are lost or not received by the Buyer within the estimated number of days as above from date of order, please email us at email@example.com or phone +353 (0)66 712 1586 to notify us immediately.
The Cooling-Off Period:
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011), we are obliged to accept return of vouchers within 14 days of receipt by the buyer. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +353 (0)66 712 1586.
Where the Delivery is not Satisfactory:
If what you bought is damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory, you should complain to us in writing immediately, by email or letter, including a photograph of the problem, an explanation of the problem and a request for either a refund or replacement. Where a refund has been agreed, we will refund you your money within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank or Paypal account. If you paid by credit/debit card, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact Paypal or your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
